Posture Improvement

30/60 Min Session

Identifying and restoring the muscular imbalances in the body that is causing postural deviations to improve function, decrease discomfort and restore proper joint centration and health. Any patient, regardless of their age, could benefit for improved postural position.

Vitality Assessments

  • 45min session @ R460
  • Members can earn between 2500 – 7500 Vitality Points.

 

Comprehensive three-part fitness assessment:

    1. Medical Questionnaire and Body Composition measurements (Weight, height, waist circumference, blood pressure)
    2. Cardio-vascular fitness test via treadmill or Wattbike test
    3. Measures strength and flexibility through 7 basic movement patterns.
  • It has been designed to give members an individualized understanding of their fitness level and identify areas they are more prone at getting injured.
  • After and during the fitness assessment, your Biokineticists will explain your results and guide you on how to get fitter, stronger and move better.

What you need to bring: Comfortable clothes to exercise in, running or walking shoes, a gym towel, and some water.
